Remember that your listing price includes the Shareplant commission and VAT, if you are VAT registered. This means that your net income from your rental will be your listing price minus the Shareplant commission and VAT amount (if you are VAT registered).
You must select one of the following VAT options when you create your listing:-
1. Price includes VAT – this means that you are VAT registered and your listing price includes VAT.
2. VAT not applicable – this means that you are not VAT registered and your listing price does not include VAT because it isn’t required.
